Fashion week is one of the major events I look forward to on the Lusaka social calendar. I was especially excited for this year's because I didn't get to go to the last two.
I am always eager to see collections from the household designers and the newcomers as well.

I decided to get front row seats so I could see the designs up close. 
Unfortunately the show was a bit of a disappointment, the show started an hour after  it was scheduled, front row was too close to the runway, which was too high and we had to get up to get refreshments. 
I hope the organizers took note of the mishaps and plan a better event next year.
